In Hot Water! Failed Inspection

Hey folks,

Once again apologies for the delay in getting this next post out.  Had a technical glitch and had to reshoot some of the videos.

Good news is, that in the end, I did pass my rough-in plumbing inspection on the second try.  I have detailed what I did wrong so hopefully you will not repeat my mistakes.

(sorry another long video!)

On the electrical side, I am very close to running temp power to the new Leviton Load centre.  I am just polishing off the last of the circuit connections to the panel over the next few days. I will then be able to energize a few select circuits in the house including the RHEEM hybrid hot water tank.  It will be awesome to be able to wash up with hot water!

I will then start on the task of installing over 200+ LED wafer ceiling light drivers! This will either go smoothly or take forever! When have you know something to go smoothly on theEnclosure.ca!

During this mini heat-wave, I thought it would be fun to brag about the performance of theEnclosure.ca. This was a recent ‘workday’ for me. This is without ANY mechanical indoor conditioning. HA!

Cool Basement!

Love it when a plan comes together.

As always, thanks for visiting!
